Editorial Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

The House of Empire.SH aims to publish useful, clear, responsible, audience-appropriate content across business, faith, lifestyle, massage, body care, media, and educational formats.

Accuracy and review

Material factual claims should be checked before publication using sources appropriate to the subject. Content involving law, finance, health, safety, licensing, or other high-impact subjects should avoid unsupported certainty and individualized professional advice.

Sources and attribution

External research, quotations, data, images, music, Scripture translations, and other third-party material should be used with appropriate attribution, licensing, permission, or other lawful basis. Sources should not be represented as saying more than they support.

Faith content

Faith content should handle Scripture respectfully and in context, distinguish Scripture from commentary, avoid presenting personal interpretation as an unquestionable guarantee, and respect translation and licensing requirements. References to God and Jesus are capitalized in House editorial practice.

Massage and body-care education

Massage content should remain safety-centered, evidence-informed where evidence is relevant, clear about scope of practice, and careful about contraindications, referral situations, pregnancy, acute illness, clotting concerns, neurological symptoms, post-surgical care, and other situations that may require medical guidance or specialized training.

Business and marketing education

Business examples should not promise income, audience growth, sales, or platform results. Educational material should separate examples, opinions, and strategy from factual claims or guaranteed outcomes.

AI-assisted production

Artificial-intelligence tools may assist with research, drafting, organization, editing, translation preparation, accessibility, or creative workflows. AI-assisted material intended for publication should be reviewed for accuracy, originality, tone, safety, intellectual-property concerns, and audience appropriateness.

Accessibility and language

Editorial decisions should consider readable structure, captions, transcripts, alternative text, plain explanations where useful, and language labeling. Translations should be reviewed appropriately for meaning and context before being presented as final.

Commercial independence and disclosures

Affiliate, sponsorship, gifted-product, or other material relationships should be disclosed where required and should not be hidden inside editorial content. See the Disclosures page.

Corrections

Meaningful errors should be corrected as soon as reasonably practical. The Corrections Policy explains how factual, safety, attribution, accessibility, and reference issues are handled.
