Corrections Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

The House of Empire.SH aims to correct meaningful errors promptly and proportionately when they are identified.

What may require correction

Corrections may address factual mistakes, inaccurate dates, broken or misleading references, attribution errors, Scripture-reference mistakes, outdated material, accessibility barriers, missing disclosures, unsafe or unclear instructions, or other errors that could materially affect understanding.

Minor edits

Spelling, punctuation, formatting, broken links, and other minor edits may be corrected without a separate public notice when the change does not alter the substance or meaning of the content.

Material corrections

When a correction materially changes the meaning, safety, interpretation, or accuracy of published content, the page may be updated with a revised date, clarification, correction note, or other context appropriate to the issue.

High-impact content

Potential errors involving health, safety, legal, financial, licensing, emergency, or other high-impact matters should receive priority review because inaccurate information may carry greater consequences.

Source and revision records

Meaningful site changes are maintained through source control so revisions can be reviewed internally. Public correction notes are used when they add useful context for readers rather than simply exposing internal development details.

Reporting an issue

Visitors can report a suspected error through the Contact page. Please identify the page, the statement or feature at issue, and any supporting information that may help with review.

Review outcome

A report does not automatically mean the original content was incorrect. The House may confirm, clarify, update, remove, or leave content unchanged after review, depending on the evidence and context.

See the Editorial Policy for broader publication standards.
