Digital Product License

This standard license applies to digital guides, workbooks, templates, courses, audio, video, downloads, and other digital products from The House of Empire.SH unless a product clearly states different or additional license terms before purchase.

License, not ownership transfer

A purchase provides a limited right to use the applicable product under its license. Copyright, trademarks, branding, source materials, and other intellectual-property rights are not transferred to the purchaser.

Personal and internal business use

Unless the product states otherwise, the purchaser may use the product for personal learning or internal use within the purchaser's own business. Internal use does not include distributing copies to clients, customers, students, team members, or the public when separate licenses would reasonably be required.

No resale or redistribution

Digital files may not be resold, sublicensed, uploaded to file-sharing services, publicly posted, repackaged as a competing product, given away as a lead magnet, or distributed to others unless the applicable product expressly grants those rights.

Templates and editable materials

When a product is designed as an editable template, the purchaser may make permitted modifications for the licensed use. Access to an editable file does not by itself grant the right to resell or redistribute the original template, substantially similar copies, source files, or House branding.

Commercial, resale, PLR, or extended rights

Commercial-use, client-use, resale, private-label-rights, or other extended licenses apply only when those rights are expressly included with the specific product. The scope stated with that license controls.

Account and access sharing

Where a course, library, membership, or download is tied to an account, access is for the licensed purchaser or authorized users stated by the offer. Credentials and restricted download links may not be shared to bypass licensing or access limits.

Third-party assets

A product may include or reference third-party fonts, software, stock assets, platforms, or other materials governed by separate terms. This license does not grant rights that The House of Empire.SH does not own or have authority to grant.

Updates and availability

Any entitlement to future updates, revised editions, replacement files, or continuing access will follow the terms presented with the applicable product. A purchase does not automatically create lifetime update or hosting rights unless expressly stated.

Violations

Material misuse may result in termination of the applicable license or access, in addition to other remedies available under the Terms or applicable law.
